After decades of coaching and mentoring others on the job, it’s now my mission to help leaders find focus, amplify strengths and maximise impact.

I trained and started my career as a lawyer. Early on, I made the switch to focus on driving success in the business of law. I found a passion for making things work where strategy and complex human systems meet.  I bring my clients over 25 years of experience in leadership and organisational development with the world’s leading legal and professional services organisations and global brands.

When it comes to developing and implementing strategy, I’ve helped firms and clients of all types get unstuck and get moving through coaching, consulting and facilitation. 
I’ve advised and worked alongside senior stakeholders in law firms, Big 4 accounting and government including Herbert Smith Freehills (HSFKramer), Gilbert + Tobin, Mayer Brown, Maddocks, KPMG, Clifford Chance, Allen & Overy, Sparke Helmore and the Australian Taxation Office.

I combine warmth, humour, and realism. I balance a human touch with high expectations and stretch. I get to grips quickly with complex challenges and help uncover new approaches. My practical, outcome-focused approach helps leaders keep an eye on the bigger picture while steering through daily pressures and priorities.
